Pluspunten
Mercy has overall a friendly work force. There is potential to grow and there are annual merit review raises. It is in a nice area and near the city. Offers nice incentives to stay fit and healthy.
Minpunten
I personally believe they offer medium level salaries even though there is a yearly merit raise. They are not the best with training or communication of responsibilities when first starting.
