Pluspunten
I had some really cool co-workers.
Minpunten
I'm a seasoned pharmacy technician and was looking to get out of retail pharmacy. I applied at Mercy, and was told during my interview that there would be options for a "better schedule" down the road, and then told by HR that I would be paid shift differential since my shift started at 5am. Come to find out, they lied about both. There was no other schedule option except night shift, and they'd changed that a long time prior. Also, another employee and I noticed we weren't getting paid for shift differential as promised, so our supervisor looked into it and there were apparently a bunch of "if, ands, and buts" they do to ensure most of us don't qualify for it...other employee was aggravated as they were lied to as well. Also, I was not told at all that most of the job entails walking around the hospital filling omnicells. They never gave me a map and the techs that "trained" me all used different ways to get around the hospital and were not helpful in any way on memorizing that. There was no pill counting, the entire job consisted of sorting meds into bins, delivering it, and filling machines.
