In a great location. The staff (i.e. people on the bottom of the totem pole) are great people. Smart, friendly and a lot of fun.
Minpunten
Where to start.... The agenda of the current CEO has moved away from the strong employee values that were held by the previous one. I think the title held of a "great place to work" only applies to certain departments. Nepotism is the key word here. Avoid Facilities, IT, and Accounting/Finance (shared services) departments at all costs. The CFO of this group is a moody and unapproachable grouch with little interest in improving the declining employee moral or just taking an overall interest in the employees period. Most senior managers have zero people skills. Salary, bonuses and raises depend on who you work for and your title, not your actual performance. Communication is non-existent.
