We need to beg managers/directors to fulfill the promise they made while hiring. It will take months to years for management to show mercy on us and initiate greencard process. It might be a good company for US citizens or Permanent residents, but if you are an employee on work visa then this is a nightmare company..Get ready for mental torture before you accept the offer..
