Used to be a great company, and the people that actually do the work truly work hard and care about doing a good job.
Minpunten
Lack of meaningful communication. Constantly changing priorities. Re-orgs are the only thing to count on -- and whoever is "the new regime" doesn't take time to learn the business before deciding they have all the answers. Lots of lay-offs in dribs & drabs to keep it out of the news. No one shares information/projects because they want to make sure "they" are valuable -- and the performance management program inadvertently encourages this.
