Also there are people in high positions who use company travel expenses just to travel and see the world and not doing much work during travel. Also alot of AVP's and VP's have their executive assistant's do most of their work. Hopefully the new CEO who replaced Kandarian can turn Metlife around and get rid of the toxic management.
