Two tier pay system. You have 2 people working side by side doing the same and one person tops out at close to 3 dollars an hour less than the other person. No cost of living raise. Management is more worried with how the place looks than how it runs. There is no concern that this place is about to lose a lot of good workers to a new company leaving nothing but temp workers to run the place. Most people here don't feel a part of the team. We feel like a faceless means of production to be replaced at anytime for a cheaper alternative.
