Steady work makes the day go by fast. They have great benefits for full time employees. The pay is good too.

Minpunten

The plant is hot but not intolerable. There are not many cons to this job other than there is a certain point where you top out your rate of pay.

Great benefits, good schedule, knowledgeable co-workers and management, and good work/life balance. Also was given a generous severance package when unexpectedly laid off.

Minpunten

Was told during initial hiring process that my position was secure and I didn't have to worry about potential future lay-offs but 6-months later was part of a massive lay-off due to changes in the economy/political climate.
