Nice working environment with great colleagues and team memebers. More or less competative sallary for HW Engineer (paid bus fare and private health insurance). Company has excellent business outlook for at least next 10 years.
Minpunten
Rare promotions, projects are such that there is not much room for personal professional development. After couple of years, sallary falls behind the industry standard. A bit oldfashioned - there is a dresscode, no formal teambuilding, no bonuses etc.
