Great mentorship! Very rewarding and positive environment. A lot of variety of projects. Great Management! From the CEO to VP of Quality, they all go out of their way to understand each employee's needs and work with each of them on an individual basis to support their interests. If you want to accelerate your career, this is the place.

If you don't like a fast paced work environment, this is not for you. If you like to focus on just one project at a time and can not handle changes, this will not work for you.

Get experience and work with different kinds of projects if you're lucky.

Everything. Horrible management, they take advantage of fresh college graduates who don't yet understand what a real work environment should be like. Micromanaging is extreme and they expect you to respond outside of working hours. High turnover for a reason. Additionally, lack of diversity in employees and saw many microaggressions.
