Pluspunten
The work is challenging, with numerous ad hoc projects that allow flexibility and variety. Free Udemy courses are available, but only if time permits. The younger environment is refreshing, and some junior colleagues are highly enthusiastic about learning.
Minpunten
However, the work hours are excessively long and often overtime. I have never worked in a company where the standard weekly hours are 40, yet MetrixLab exceeds this. Moreover, the working hours do not align with its parent company, Toluna. It is a dispiriting experience to see Toluna colleagues leave at 5 PM while MetrixLab employees are required to work extra hours. No benefits were introduced even after months of joining, and apparently, there are very few overall. Unlike Toluna, MetrixLab lacks essential provisions such as work-from-home equipment allowances, cycle-to-work schemes, and employee discount perks—benefits that were easily accessible in other companies I have worked for in the past.
