Some managers are very good to show they value their associates and promote professonal and personal growth. High standards are expected and appreciated.

Minpunten

Some managers do not hold their associates accountable. This hurts morale and has a negative impact on the organization as a whole.

-if you can hustle you can make decent money -room for growth if you can get cool with everyone

-have to meet the metrics -some of the areas to grow have favoritism

The employee discount is okay on non-electronic items.

Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
