Turned into a great place for dishonest people who walked all over their colleagues and kissed up to management. Talent and skills weren't valued or nurtured. Very poor training. Hard work and dedication weren't valued. Hitting sales targets was - not so much what you did to get there and the appreciation never lasted until the next month.
