They spend 2 days annually laying off good people because they need to shrink the bottom line. Then they spend 6-8 months on a hiring frenzy only to let the majority of the go come the end of the fiscal year. They are a 30+ year old company with old ways of working with their employees. They have no loyalty to customers.
