There is no doubt that Sanjay, Donald, and the rest of the C-level team want you to succeed at MicroAssist. You will get all the support you need if you ask for it. I started as an EA and grew my role to include much more responsibility, due largely to the encouragement and positivity I received from Sanjay and Donald. The small company size makes for an intimate office culture and family feel.
