I have been at MicroCorp for six years now and have loved every year here. If you are looking for the large company culture, this may not be the place. The work environment is very casual and the company is very family oriented. This is pretty hard to do with over 50+ employees. The company supports over 1,500 sales agents nationwide and a lot of our interaction is with these sales agents. The company has grown every year I have been here and has a bright future. Best of all the owners have a profit sharing program so all employees share in the profitability of the company.

As I said before, if you are looking for a big company culture, this may not be the place.

Small, friendly environment. People really care about you, you're not just a cog in the wheel. Everyone's opinions count. The CEO says family is first and means it. Good Benefits for a smaller company.

MicroCorp is led by two incredible people who encourage you to be the best you you can be. Those with vision, drive and determination can have a great career here. It’s a small company and you can actually make an impact and change. Personally, not only been promoted, but I have seen others promoted and see people that work for me in line for promotions. There is a career path for anyone who brings their best to work every day. Mistakes are made by everyone in every job in all walks of life. I have made a few while working here. I have been given guidance on how not to repeat them that was not demeaning, punishing or harsh. The people here care and want the best for you. Not many places can actually say that.

It’s a small company. The people here are as close to family as can be in a work environment. Coming in as the new person isn’t always easy
