Pluspunten
MicroStrategy used to be a great place to work! For many years I would have given 5 stars. It really is a shame. Probably still some remnant of that within the organization, with those that are left. If they aren't too demoralized by years of peer layoffs.
Minpunten
High Level: 1. Constant layoffs & re-orgs 2. Office politics 3. Struggling business, but focused on Bitcoin 4. Customer perception Details: 1. Many companies going through layoffs, sure... but when MSTR and Saylor are making news every day, stock price is going up, and there is money (billions) to buy bitcoin - it's not a good look to be laying off your foundational employees. 2. Strong office politics in play in Sales BU. New leadership in Sales means cleaning house and bringing in their own guys. If you're not part of the inner circle, or make one wrong move... you will not last. 3. Clearly business is not doing well if they are laying off employees for years, and all that matters is stock price going up from bitcoin. 4. Lots of tough questions from customers. They notice the layoffs, the declining business, and the bitcoin purchases. They wonder - what am I doing using MicroStrategy ?? What happened to the BI business ??
