Descent paid time off earned each month. 12 hour shifts alternate 3 and 4 working days each week; allowing you to get your work done and have more days off during the week.

Management tends to abuse the salaried or "exempt" individuals who hold less than a Masters Degree. There is a severe disconnect between management and the "little people" working on the floor. Often you will find that raises and promotions are temporarily suspended due to market conditions, while the company reports a net 206M profit. Semiconductor companies are "cyclical".
