-OT culture. Be ready to live the OT life. -That 4 star review posted earlier this year is obviously fake. Management will never fathom the idea of flexible working arrangements. At most you can arrange to come in 1-2 hours late but you will still be pulling 10-16 hours at work. -Office first culture. Work from home not tolerated unless absolutely necessary. -Job scope: be prepared to take on multiple roles, way more than what you're paid for. -Management doesn't know anything about tech but insist things be done their way. Results in products suffering from never ending issues. -Unrealistic expectations. Management dreams up all sorts of senseless ideas and expect employees to carry it out. Only way is to pray management forget about it the next day. -Toxic culture: management won't hesitate to shout at employees. More so than what I've experienced elsewhere. Us employees adapt by downplaying bad news so as to not incur management's wrath. -No trust and respect for staff, like what the other review mentioned. Blame employees for everything that goes wrong. -Products are a broken mess as expected of something managed by someone who's too thick skinned to know any better.
