If you are not interviewing for a VP or higher level job at this company you should walk away. You will be disrespected and set up for failure because there is no real leadership. You will be manipulated and pressured to work free overtime hours consistently. There is no bonus system. Management only knows how to run teams with intimidation tactics which is ineffective and the cause of their high turnover rate for lower level employees along with being overworked.
