* A couple of decent people work here- most all gone now I hear with 1 or 2 left.

Minpunten

* no pay raises * they do the same thing there over and over - no real marketing or go to market plan. * a finance guy who thinks he's the CEO * another person who 'works' for the company - but won't acknowledge it on LinkedIn. * core group who make decisions, never listen - and always blame and fire someone low on the food chain when "the board" gets angry.

There are a few good people here that if they were elsewhere could excel.

The root of most of the issues is senior management and the complete inability to have any kind of plan or understanding of how to run a technical organization. I believe the biggest issue is the COO which does not belong in that position and has no business running the company. Unfortunately when you have problems at that level , there is no chance of success since the problem never goes away. I don't understand why the owners have not gotten rid of the COO and several others by now.
