This is by far the best company and team I have ever had the opportunity to work for. The company is a French company and has a great company culture that supports family values and works together to get things done. MobPartner offers huge opportunities for growth within the company and loves to promote from within. The management and executive team are amazing mentors and highly involved with the company and actively participate on a daily basis with the team. The company takes great care of their employees and knows that happy employees mean everything.

I can't think of any cons

MobPartner is full of people that I'm excited to be working with—ambitious and driven, but also fun-loving, caring, and extremely supportive. Everyone looks out for one another; there's no excess of ego to be found here. It's also an excellent opportunity to grow. As the company expands its global presence, the opportunity to participate and grow with the company isn't just an option; it's encouraged. Upper management at MobPartner really care about you as a person, too. They aren't there to grind through you and then move on to the next. They do their best to encourage work-life balance, are transparent about the company's progress and plans (in fact, they ask for everyone's input! It's not consensus decision making or anything ridiculous like that, but your opinion matters here), and individually make the time to ensure that you have what you need.

As with any company that is growing, there are growing pains and things are constantly changing. It's not really a con, per se, but it can be challenging at times. Be prepared to bring your A game. Every. Single. Day.
