- Manager , wants employee to sit for 24 hours , No work life balance , health issue . - its Saturday working company with 12 leaves in year and 8.5 hour working . - Most of the seniors are non technical , they do not want juniors to survive , here guy like me who come from TCS...working in this type of pathetic company is totally horrible. - I Repeat No juniors can survive here because seniors and manager are horrible here.
