Pluspunten

Not much. I guess that you can take your lunch whenever you want. Flexible start time. You get a discounted trimet pass. Coworkers were nice.

Minpunten

Zero training. You're given real projects on day one of employment without even knowing the business. You're invited to meetings as an attendee which you find out you're supposed to lead when you get there. Salaried employee, but treated as an hourly. Expected to go to and pay for expensive lunches several times a week. One coworker was extremely rude to the point of yelling "wrong! Wrong! You are so wrong!" so the entire floor could hear to another coworker. Apparently this behavior of bullying has been going on for over a year between these two coworkers and the mean one hasn't been fired.

Pluspunten

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

Minpunten

The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
