      Very stable but then the pandemic happened.

      Really tough HR department. They really want to keep you in your place. Definitely supports the company over the employee.

      Pluspunten

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Minpunten

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
