While you are encouraged to ask questions, please be aware that responses are not typically provided quickly. If you have specific learning needs, it may be challenging to receive support from your trainer.

Pluspunten

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

Minpunten

The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
