Pluspunten
The company's open space made it easy to collaborate with teams. The company is not big, which made it easy to review results and implement changes. There is no hierarchy or timely decision-making process slowing down progress. Which is my preference as I like to get things done. It also means that you can create an actual impact. If you can justify your reasoning, there are no communication barriers to pitch your idea. Your work and motivation is valued by your team and Andreas (CEO). Another pro for me, is the company get together. Usually involve food, which is always fun! The teams are young, would say between early 20s to late 30s. Creates a casual vibe. I also do believe that MM.com is on an exciting path to grow. This would be a good time for everyone to start at the company.
