The only pro of working here was being laid off.

Nepotism at its finest. Terrible management. Very shady practices. HR is misogynistic and makes highly inappropriate comments about women. Another member has political memorabilia all over their desk. Very unprofessional organization. No opportunity to grow. The list goes on. Avoid at all costs.
