Directors manage on a micro management level (Very arrogant, due to their large market share) . Customer / technical Services and Sales are not aligned. Development takes too long to resolve issues. Common response is 18 months. Products are released and not fully tested. Be careful if you speak out or raise an issue. You will have a target on your back. Senior management have communicated that the message that needs to be portrayed is that there is nothing wrong with the product. If something does not work, then the first response is that the hardware was installed incorrectly, then software was not configured correctly etc. etc...., in the background Development try to fix the issues without letting customer know. The development and management teams in Tucson, throw the regional implementation teams under the bus. They take no ownership and always blame everybody else. Went even as far as blaming the customer for issues.
