Bad leadership from the managers, HR’s didn’t even know how to moderate a situation, Managers do not even give an evaluation form to check your performance review thay just lay you off asap which is not good. Managers don’t even point out what you lack to improve instead they will just lay you off. Also they do not want change for the betterment of the company, stagnant management. No work life balance too demanding to work with.
