This is reflected in the massive adoption by both developers and customers not just globally but within India and APAC. Secondly the culture - the organization and management are genuinely interested in making each and every member of the team become a better professional and successful. The focus is on meritocracy and instilling the drive in every person to strive to become better each and every day.
