MongoDB is a very reasonable place to work. Boundaries around work/life balance are very well-respected. There is effectively a no *sshole rule. Such people are screened for during hiring and will be fired if they get through somehow. Technical competence, ability to work well with others, and communication skills are highly valued and will be well rewarded.
Minpunten
Executive team is effectively woke but does try to tolerate other viewpoints. Neomarxists were brought in to teach us about white privilege. Some members of the green team have no problem telling you how bad of a person you are for eating meat. That said, the company's on-the-surface wokeness does not keep it from engaging in business with customers with very questionable morals. Racial diversity of the businesses the companies it deals with appears to be of higher value than refusing business to organizations that enable abuse.
