It was toxic when I left; no coaching or feedback, just a lot of young, arrogant, and superstar wannabe's (in sales leadership anyway) who don't care about anyone or anything that doesn't impact their wallet.

Our goal is to ensure that everyone has a positive experience working at MongoDB, and the more information we have, the better we can address issues. Leadership development is a big focus for this fiscal year. So far we've invested heavily in new manager training, and we are excited to bring that level of support to all layers of leadership at MongoDB. We strive to uphold a culture of growth and development by providing opportunities for coaching and feedback sessions between employees and their managers. Employees are encouraged to reach out to our Employee Experience team (employeeexperience@mongodb.com) if they feel they are not experiencing this in their role.
Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.
