Pluspunten

They take good care of employees. The company itself is killing it.

Minpunten

Entire company is focused on sales. Bunch of men who talk about golf and make sports metaphors in every, training, meeting, and interaction. Sales leaders are frat bros. Executives (besides CEO, he is wonderful) also just talk about golf and their favorite expensive activities and their wonderful lives. Out of touch.

Pluspunten

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Minpunten

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Remote work and decent pay

Minpunten

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
