I've been in IT for 3 decades and done everything from developer, business owner, director, consultant and solutions engineer/architect. I've seen many organizations operate but I have never seen an organization operating with such an efficiency and structure. Everyone is responsible and own what they do. No excuses and delays like I've seen from other organizations. It's almost an ideal company to work for. Blessed to be working for MongoDB along with highly technical and intelligent people.

Minpunten

Plenty of work, but that is not even a negative in my book, just letting people know that there is plenty of work and this not a place to do 9 to 5. :-)

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)
