Pluspunten

Pay is on par with industry. Not nearly as high as the FAANG companies but I'd say probably one step down. Intelligent but also very friendly & personable coworkers. It's not a bunch of genius/jerks. Seem to be fairly resilient to the current economic downturn, I have yet to hear of any layoffs.

Minpunten

No 401k matching or bonus. Career growth options are not nearly what they'd be at a larger company however I've seen this improve during my time at the company.

Pluspunten

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Minpunten

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)
