Benefits are excellent, including a pension plan, which is not seen much nowadays. Aside from a few new hires that had to be let go for lack of ability or refusing to following instruction, each of my team members have been here for years and are an asset to the company.

A lot of our work is driven by government deadlines, so it can be stressful trying to get all of our clients taken care of in the time allotted.
