      It is extremely sad to say but I cannot think of anything worth writing here. The people I met at Moog were great but the company has way too much disorganization

      Too many to list here. Please stay away if you respect yourself and your sanity. This company has a long way to go in repairing their image in my eyes.

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
