      401k and HSA match, Pay, Training and onboarding pacing and content, Flexible work schedule, Hands off management. Plenty of knowledge resources. Feeling of being trusted and valued. Industry leader and full of SMEs.

      Not every position allows for regular WFH. Vacation policy is unique which could prove as a con for some. Niagara Falls: Poor IT service and dated facility.

      Pluspunten

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
