The Morphisec product is solid - it prevents against advanced attacks in a way that few other cybersecurity solution providers, if any, do. People here are passionate about the product and their work, leading to a real sense of collaboration across teams. Being a smaller company, you get to have a meaningful impact. I have enjoyed having variety in my work and the opportunity to identify and pursue new projects that are interesting to me. Since the product is at the cutting-edge, the work environment is agile and fast-paced, and so are the employees. This allows us to adapt to customer needs and industry changes where larger companies may struggle. Unlimited PTO, 401k matching, parental leave, and solid healthcare coverage are a huge plus, especially at a smaller company.

With employees located on multiple continents, US employees can end up with meeting before 9am and Israeli employees can end up with meetings after 5pm.

Wonderful people and good technology

Seems to be a significant disconnect between sales and leadership. The company is in a tough position- competitors seem to be gaining upper hand. Leadership is absolutely smothering. Highly micromanaged organization
