Minpunten
- People are rude and not supportive, a lot of throwing under the bus, even to newcomers.
- Some employees have been there way too long, some 30+ years.
- Lack of inspiration in the office due to Morplan being a local employer rather than a talent seeker along with turnover being too slow. Would avoid if you have aspirations.
- Lack of proactiveness and expression of new ideas from non-management throughout the organisation.
- Poor training and lack of work discipline, at times work was handed over to me which only seemed half done by those previously responsible.
- There has recently been a warehouse move which has been poorly planned resulting in issues in processes having a negative affect on all departments.
