      If you like Mansfield it’s ok

      Minpunten

      Dinosaur waiting for the meteor to come. Old school mentality that has gotten them by for years on luck. Constant problems from old technology and process. Agree with backward management or no promotion. No work from home, below avg/poor compensation. Culture is shallow and depressing.

      Pluspunten

      Great work life balance, easy going people, smart and driven leaders, and gym/restaurant on campus is a nice perk. If you work hard career opportunities are there.

      Minpunten

      Pay and benefits are below industry standard. Medical leaves is bare minimum, out of pocket benefits are the highest I’ve ever paid, and raises don’t keep up with inflation. If they addressed this, this company would be one of the best in dfw.

      Pluspunten

      Relaxed atmosphere, not too much of a blame culture, company at least claims to value good DevOps procedures and is slowly working toward a more modernized stack; you can feel fairly secure in your employment; lots of PTO days after you’ve been there a while

      Minpunten

      Inconsistent hiring practices between headquarters and overseas teams, specifically India teams; slow promotions; unnecessarily rigid about the three days a week in office
