Corporate does not understand the cost of living in the United States, and does across the board 10% pay cut in November due to COVID. Only five days paid accrued annual time plus 5 holidays (Christmas, New Years, Labor, and Memorial July 4). Performance reviews irregular, happening less than once a year thus offering no time to vouch for a raise. This even though the entire team has access to remote meeting technology. Needs to offer consistent benefits in every nation served. Needs to consider the importance of keeping senior management paid well, to avoid turnover and problems of retraining new staff.
