No good hikes even if you get promoted. Bench policy(drung recession) like no salaty after 6 months. No one discusses openly about performance.Manager says they have given good rating but HR reduced it due to normalization, HR explains it in the other manner. Managers treat employess like slaves.(not all but most of them) Mostly support projects so technical expsoure may be less. Management doesn't know to retain talented people. Freshers wont get good compensation. Less onsite oppurtunites and that too peole with 5+ exp gets it irrespective of talent. Worst case is moany times PM(Indian) will be sittng in onsite and the team will be working offshore. only 8% people gets promotion every year.(mostly leads will become PM's, PM's to GM's) Not much fun activities.
