Too many silos as each department did what they want. Dont like to share with other departments or decisions made by upper management not to tell employees what the focus, objectives of the company were kept quiet. Had to hear about changes in process by word of mouth. Micro management is understated. So much employee churn. Lack of process structure, training and support. Their quiet agenda was employees were to keep quiet, don't ask questions. The additional work required of us was too unrealistic. Zero capacity, unless you could dedicate your life to company's expectations. Customer and employee satisfaction continued to be negative. Causing the company to lose opportunity for revenue growth. Grind till you drop and no effort made to recognize employees efforts.
