Upper management gossip, they create a negative culture and instil fear and will ensure after you leave, you wear the brunt of any mistakes

Systemic issues not addressed. Couldn't get your work done because you were doing the work of a separate team. Still expected to get your work done and they refuse to fix the major issue of this other team.
