Pluspunten
~ Teachers are absolutely wonderful ~ Non-Executive Staff get along wonderfully together ~ All employees are close with one another, and the children become quite familiarized with the staff, as well. ~ Benefits are very comprehensive ~ PTO package is very generous for non-instructional staff
Minpunten
~ Working with the executive team was a bit overwhelming especially when you have three different people telling you different things for the same project. It leaves you with a feeling that you have different bosses. ~ Recruiting expectations are VERY unrealistic. For all that they wanted, they needed to hire a separate recruiter for their needs because their turnover rate was atrocious! ~ Communication from the top down is HORRIBLE ~ The common (and favorite) word the exec. team and managers like to use when communicating to subordinates is "MISTAKE"... and if you do make a mistake you are treated very poorly. ~ The middle school looks and feels like a detention center - I would never put my child in an environment like that. ~ There is a VERY big division between Exec. team and line staff. ~ Teachers are often undervalued and UNDERPAID with very little advocacy from execs. ~ School grounds need improvement
