Family lunch once a week, variety of snacks and beverages available, monthly happy hour, great Union Square location, casual atmosphere.
Minpunten
Lack of resources, small workspace. No flexible hours or work from home policy. Long work days, very strict with personal, sick and vacation days. Hard to get coverage when you do have the ability to take a vacation because its such a small company. Pay is somewhat competitive.
