We’re big believers in hiring "drivers, not passengers," so it’s great to know that culture of autonomy and managerial trust translated for you. As a scale-up, we are currently navigating the AI Era. - great training and development / high standards - sellers can earn high 6 figures. There are multiple 7 figure earners at the top - executive team and leadership has a history of winning big - the people are highly skilled and talented, growth mindsets everywhere

- not really a con for me but it’s a competitive environment (everyone is eager to prove) - if you’re not ready to excel and work hard you could fall short of teammates who are

I’m so pleased that our flexibility and company values were such massive highlights for you. We’re growing fast, so ensuring the high-level strategy feels connected on the ground can be challenging, but this is an area we’re seen consistent improvement in our employee feedback surveys. We know the admin and quarterly reporting loops can feel heavy, which is why we're hyper-focused on using AI to automate those manual tasks and give our coaches their time back.
