Where to begin..
From the interview process to the first month, you're promised training for at least 1 year to make sure you're fully ramped. They tell you there is a great opportunity for career advancement, but then they turn around fire the newly hired people and lie to you and say it was due to "performance issues" and no worries, we now have our "A team".
They flew the "A team" to NY for a sales training and put us in the most absurdly disgusting hotel I wouldn't wish upon anyone. I had to check the entire hotel for bed bugs..
They have unrealistic expectations and one day you're focused on X and another day you're focused on selling Y. there is no process, there is no actual training but a bunch of mumbo jumbo and they're wanting you to focus on the mission, but turn around and change it the next day.
Leadership does not exist and the culture is SO TOXIC. I've never been so stressed about a job before in my life.. one day you're supposed to focus on spamming c-level with "new talent hires", in that afternoon, you're focused on "upskilling" only. They're not even focused on their own mission.
They lure you in with a decent salary, but it's not worth being miserable every single day. You're just disposable. Targets are set way too high. They are using the same target goals as the UK team that basically sell the programs using government funding which doesn't exist in the US btw..they don't tell you that though. They don't even tell you what your quota is until 2 months in the role.
Save your time and mental health and look for another company where you are actually valued.
